Is there a specified maximum speed limit for passenger cars on this road?

Why?

The D-9 motorway sign on the right identifies the type of road. On a motorway, the general speed limit for a passenger car without a trailer is 140 km/h, unless signs impose a lower limit. The answers stating that there is no limit or that the limit is 130 km/h are therefore incorrect.
