ZdamPrawko Terms of Service
Effective from 17 October 2026.
§1. Service Provider
The zdamprawko.com website (the Service) is operated by Artem Reiter, a sole trader, address: ul. Gdańska 141A lok. 186, 90-536 Łódź, Polska, NIP (tax identification number) 7272866266, REGON (business registry number) 524361703 (the Service Provider).
Contact: kontakt@zdamprawko.com. We reply within 2 business days.
§2. About the Service
The Service helps you prepare for the category B driving theory test. It provides questions from the Ministry of Infrastructure's public catalogue of test questions, together with official multimedia materials and translations, a study mode, a mock test and answer explanations.
The Service is not a government website or a website of a regional road traffic centre (WORD). Your mock test result does not guarantee your result in the official test.
Answer explanations are prepared by the Service Provider. They are study aids and do not constitute legal advice. The law and the official answer in the question catalogue take precedence.
§3. Technical Requirements
To use the Service, you need a device with internet access and an up-to-date browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge) with JavaScript and local storage (localStorage) enabled.
Your study progress is stored only in your browser. Clearing your browser data deletes your progress.
§4. Free Services
Each day, without registering or paying, you can answer 50 questions in study mode, take 1 mock test and view 3 explanations. Individual question pages are available without limits.
The contract for free services is entered into when you start using the Service and ends when you stop using it.
§5. Premium: Paid Access
Premium provides access to digital content for a set period without daily limits: study using the full question bank, unlimited mock tests and explanations for all questions.
Prices are in Polish zloty and include all applicable taxes. The Service Provider benefits from the turnover-based VAT exemption under Article 113(1) of the VAT Act (ustawa o VAT). Current packages and prices are displayed on the Premium page before purchase.
Payment is a one-off charge and does not renew automatically. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (BLIK, card, bank transfer or other methods available in the payment form).
The contract is entered into when payment is confirmed. Access is activated immediately on the device used for the purchase and lasts for the number of days specified in the package, starting at the time of purchase.
To restore access on another device, enter on the Premium page the email address used for payment and the invoice number from the purchase confirmation email.
A purchase confirmation is sent to the email address entered in the payment form.
§6. Right to Withdraw from the Contract
A consumer who enters into a distance contract generally has the right to withdraw from it within 14 days without giving a reason.
This right does not apply to a contract for the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium if performance has begun with the consumer's express consent before the withdrawal period has expired and after the consumer has been informed that they will lose the right to withdraw (Article 38(1)(13) of the Consumer Rights Act (ustawa o prawach konsumenta)).
Before paying, the consumer consents to immediate access to Premium and acknowledges that they will lose the right to withdraw. Confirmation of this consent is included in the purchase confirmation email.
Regardless of the above, if Premium does not work for technical reasons on the Service Provider's side, we will refund the full amount on request sent to the contact email address.
§7. Complaints
You can submit a complaint by email to kontakt@zdamprawko.com. Please describe the problem and provide the email address used for payment.
The Service Provider will respond to a complaint within 14 days of receiving it. If no response is given within this period, the complaint is deemed accepted.
The Service Provider is responsible for ensuring that the digital content conforms to the contract under the rules set out in Chapter 5b of the Consumer Rights Act.
Consumers can use out-of-court complaint resolution procedures, for example by seeking help from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman or the Provincial Inspectorate of the Trade Inspection (Wojewódzki Inspektorat Inspekcji Handlowej).
§8. Business Owners with Consumer Rights
Consumer protection provisions also apply to an individual entering into a contract directly related to their business if the contract does not fall within their professional field (Article 38a of the Consumer Rights Act).
§9. Prohibited Activities and Liability
You must not provide unlawful content, download the Service's content using automated tools or share your Premium access token with third parties.
The Service Provider is not responsible for the result of the official test or for interruptions to the Service caused by circumstances beyond its control.
§10. Personal Data
The rules for processing personal data and using cookies are set out in the Privacy Policy available on the Service.
§11. Final Provisions
The Service Provider may amend these Terms of Service for important reasons, such as changes in the law or in the Service's features. Changes do not affect the rights already acquired by users who purchased Premium before the changes.
The Polish version of these Terms of Service is binding. Translations are provided for information only.
Matters not covered by these Terms of Service are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code (Kodeks cywilny), the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services (ustawa o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną) and the Consumer Rights Act. This choice of law does not deprive consumers of the protection provided by the laws of the country of their habitual residence.
