Where do you find information on the permitted number of persons that can be transported in a passenger car?
aIn the vehicle registration card.
bIn the driving licence.
cIn vehicle liability insurance policy.
Why?
The permitted number of occupants is given in the vehicle registration certificate, shown underneath the other documents in the picture. Field S.1 states the number of seats, including the driver's seat. A driving licence specifies the driver's entitlements, while an OC policy covers third-party liability insurance, so neither determines how many people the car may carry.
