Does this sign indicate the end of a road with right of way?

Why?

The yellow diamond without a diagonal cancellation stripe is the D-1 priority road sign. The end of a priority road is marked by D-2, which has a crossed-out diamond. The plate below the visible sign shows the junction layout, not the end of priority.
