Should you always stop before a pedestrian crossing marked as such?

Sign D-6 with supplementary plate T-27 identifies a crossing frequently used by children, but it does not require you to stop every time. You must take extra care, reduce your speed appropriately and give way to pedestrians on or entering the crossing. Stop whenever this is necessary to give way or prevent danger.
