In the presented situation, do the drivers of the red and green vehicles in compliance with the regulations ensure the passage of the emergency vehicle by creating the so-called "emergency corridor"?

Why?

The green vehicle in the far-left lane should move as close as possible to its left edge, while the red vehicle in the next lane should move to the right edge of its own lane. Both remain too close to the boundary between these lanes, restricting the emergency vehicle's passage. They have therefore failed to form the emergency corridor correctly.
