Have the drivers of these vehicles facilitated the free passage of emergency vehicles by creating the so-called "emergency corridor"?

Why?

Vehicles in the left lane have moved left, while those in the right lane have moved right. This leaves a clear passage between them for the fire engines. This is the correct way to form an emergency corridor on a carriageway with two lanes travelling in the same direction.
