Why?
You must carry and present the receipt for the retained vehicle registration certificate if you are still allowed to use the vehicle under that receipt. For ordinary driving in Poland in a Polish-registered car, you do not need to carry proof of payment for compulsory third-party liability insurance. There is also no requirement to carry a technical inspection certificate in every case.
