Why?
When driving a foreign-registered vehicle in Poland, you must carry either confirmation of compulsory third-party liability insurance or proof that its premium has been paid, and present it on request. Proof of vehicle ownership and proof of stamp duty payment do not demonstrate compliance with this insurance requirement.
