What documents do you have to carry with you and present at the request of the relevant authority during a roadside inspection?

Why?
If you drive using a document other than a Polish driving licence, such as a foreign licence, you must carry it and present it during a check. You do not need to carry a Polish licence when driving in Poland because your entitlement can be checked electronically. A professional qualification certificate does not replace a document authorising you to drive.
