bA driving licence retention receipt for the period it permits the driver to drive.

Why?
You must carry and present a licence retention receipt if it still authorises you to drive. What matters is the driving permission period stated on it, not simply having the piece of paper. Psychological and medical certificates do not replace proof that you may continue driving.
