Can snow-covered windows and mirrors on the car you are going to drive affect your assessment of the situation on the road?
YES
NO
Why?
The snow in the picture covers the side window and mirror, restricting your view of the road and other road users. The vehicle must provide the driver with an adequate field of view, so you must thoroughly clear the windows and mirrors before setting off.
