Does the 50 km/h speed limit apply 24 hours a day in built-up areas?
aYes
bNo, only from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m.
cNo, only from dusk to dawn.
Why?
The D-42 built-up area sign shown marks the start of an area where the default speed limit is 50 km/h around the clock. Signs or specific rules may set a different limit. B and C are incorrect because the default limit does not depend on the time of day or darkness.
