When driving a passenger vehicle and transporting a disabled person with a parking permit, you should:

aalways use dipped headlights,
bexercise extreme caution at all times,
ccarefully observe the road and its surroundings, ensuring to check the vehicle's mirrors as well.
Why?
The parking card shown does not remove the driver’s duty to watch the road, its surroundings and the mirrors. Simply carrying a passenger with a disability does not create a continuous duty to exercise special caution, which is required in specified situations. Dipped headlights are not compulsory at all times either, because daytime running lights may be used from dawn to dusk when atmospheric visibility is normal.
