Are you permitted to overtake at the location indicated by the visible sign?

Why?

Sign A-6d warns of a junction with a minor one-way road joining from the right, and the plate gives a distance of 190 metres. At this type of junction, you must not overtake motor vehicles travelling straight ahead. The question concerns the junction indicated by the sign, not the sign's location.
