Are you allowed to make a U-turn on this section of the road?
YES
NO
Why?
The blue D-7 sign with a car symbol indicates an expressway. U-turns are permitted on an expressway only at a junction or a designated location. The section shown is neither, so you cannot make a U-turn here.
