Are you allowed to park your vehicle for 5 minutes beyond this sign?

Why?

The photo shows a G-1c marker with one red stripe before a railway crossing. Parking is prohibited on both sides of the road between this marker and the crossing. Leaving your vehicle there for five minutes counts as parking, so it is not allowed on that section.
