Are you allowed to park the vehicle on the pavement in front of these signs?

Why?

Below the B-36 no-stopping sign, the T-25c plate with a downward arrow marks the end of the restriction. Before these signs, the restriction still applies on the right-hand side of the road, including the pavement. Other parked cars do not make parking there legal.
