How will you place luggage in a passenger car?
aI will place the heaviest luggage deepest and lowest, in the central part of the boot.
bWhatever way.
cI will place the heaviest luggage in the upper part of the boot, over the lighter one.
Why?
Place the heaviest luggage low down, centrally in the boot and close to the rear seat backs, then secure it against movement. This helps keep the car stable and limits luggage movement during braking. Loading items randomly or placing heavy objects above lighter ones reduces stability and increases the risk of injury.
