What must not you do when driving a passenger car?

aPull a person on sleights behind the car.
bUse the CB radio.
cCarry a child in a child safety seat placed in the front seat.

Why?

The law prohibits towing a person on a sledge behind a car because it can cause a serious accident. Using a CB radio is permitted provided it does not compromise safe driving. A child may travel in the front in a suitable, correctly installed child seat, but the passenger airbag must be disabled when the seat is rear-facing.
