Should you stop your vehicle when the oncoming vehicle is passing?
YES
NO
Why?
The red car parked on the right restricts the space on your side of the road, while an off-road vehicle approaches from the opposite direction. Passing the parked car now would leave insufficient clearance from the oncoming vehicle. You must therefore stop before the obstruction and wait for the approaching vehicle to pass.
