Are you allowed to drive onto this level crossing right after the barriers have been lifted without making sure that there is no train approaching?

Why?

The barriers in the video rise after a train has passed. Even when they are fully raised, you must check that no other train is approaching before driving onto the tracks. Open barriers do not remove the driver's duty to take particular care.
