Does this sign prohibit you from overtaking single-track motorcycles?

Why?

The B-25 sign prohibits drivers of motor vehicles from overtaking multi-track motor vehicles, such as cars. It does not prohibit overtaking a motorcycle without a sidecar, like the one shown. The manoeuvre must still be safe and comply with all other traffic rules.
