Are you allowed to turn left at the intersection from the lane you are taking?

Why?

The yellow arrow in the right-hand lane requires a right turn, while the white left-turn arrow has been crossed out. Where yellow and white markings give conflicting instructions, the yellow markings take precedence. You therefore cannot turn left from this lane.
