Can you continue overtaking in this situation?

Why?

The video shows a green traffic light and a signal-controlled pedestrian crossing. The ban on overtaking at pedestrian crossings and immediately before them does not apply where traffic is controlled. You may therefore continue overtaking the red car while exercising particular caution.
