You intend to make a U-turn at the junction while the vehicle is entering the junction. Are you obliged to yield the right of way?

Why?

The entrance has a C-12 roundabout sign without an A-7 give-way sign. Under Polish rules, C-12 alone does not give priority to vehicles already on the roundabout, so the priority-to-the-right rule applies. When going around to turn back, you must give way to the vehicle entering from your right.
