At what maximum speed are you allowed to drive a passenger car on the road beyond this sign?

Why?

The photograph shows the D-9 motorway sign. A passenger car without a trailer may travel at up to 140 km/h here unless signs impose a lower limit. The 120 km/h limit applies to a dual-carriageway expressway, while 130 km/h is not the current general limit on Polish motorways.
