Are you obliged to always stop the vehicle before the level crossing?

Why?

The G-3 railway crossbuck marks a single-track crossing without barriers and does not require you to stop every time. The conditional stop line also shows where to stop if necessary, rather than imposing an unconditional stop. You must still take extra care, check for approaching rail vehicles and stop if safety requires it.
