If you go straight, are you obliged to give the right of way to the cyclist?

Why?

The A-5 sign visible at the start of the video warns of a junction of roads of equal priority. The cyclist approaches the junction from your right, so you must give way under the priority-to-the-right rule. Going straight ahead does not give you priority over the cyclist.
