If you turn right, do you have the right of way over a vehicle approaching from the opposite direction?
YES
NO
Why?
The A-7 give way sign and its plate show that you are on a minor road, while the priority road connects the opposite approach with the road to your right. The oncoming vehicle is therefore approaching on the priority road, and you must let it pass. Your intention to turn right does not give you priority over it.
