Are you always obliged to exercise caution, while driving?
YES
NO
Why?
You must exercise caution throughout the entire time you are driving, including on a straight road. The video shows oncoming vehicles, so you must keep watching the road and remain ready to react. You should not wait for a hazard to appear before becoming cautious.
