While overtaking this car, are you obliged to exercise special caution?
YES
NO
Why?
Overtaking requires extra caution and a safe clearance from the vehicle being overtaken. In the video, a car is travelling ahead in your lane, so passing it and moving ahead of it would be overtaking. Before starting the manoeuvre, you must check that it is permitted and can be completed safely.
