How should you react if you enter a section of the road covered with puddles?

Why?
The photo shows numerous puddles, so reduce your speed to suit the road conditions. Water can form a layer between the tyres and the road, causing loss of grip, and accelerating increases this risk. Hazard lights do not prevent skidding, and puddles alone are not a reason to switch them on.
