What is the maximum length of a combination vehicle consisting of a passenger car and a caravan?

Why?

A car towing a caravan, like the combination pictured, may have a maximum overall length of 18.75 m. This means the complete coupled combination, from the front of the car to the rear of the caravan, including the connection between them. The figures 17.75 m and 15 m are incorrect as the maximum limit, although shorter combinations are allowed.
