What might be the cause of a vehicle pulling to the left while driving in a straight line?

aOperation of the power steering system.
bAn improper wheel alignment.
cLow air pressure in the right front tyre.
Why?
Incorrect wheel toe alignment can make it difficult to maintain a straight course and cause the vehicle to pull to one side. The car in the picture is close to the left-hand line, but the image alone cannot establish a fault. Properly functioning power steering makes steering easier and should not cause pulling. Low pressure in the right front tyre would tend to make the car pull right, not left.
