Are you obliged to indicate a break-down of a motor vehicle on the express road throughout the time the vehicle remains parked there?

Why?

On the expressway shown, a breakdown stop must be signalled for its entire duration, including on the hard shoulder. Switch on the hazard warning lights and place a warning triangle 100 m behind the vehicle. If the vehicle is not equipped with hazard warning lights, use its position lights.
