Are you allowed to turn right from the traffic lane you are occupying at this intersection?

Why?

You are in the middle lane, where both the road arrow and the overhead F-11 sign permit only straight-ahead travel. The green light allows you to proceed in the direction permitted for your lane, so it does not allow a right turn here.
