Are you allowed at this intersection to make a U-turn from the traffic lane you are in?
YES
NO
Why?
The arrow in your lane, the leftmost lane, allows you to go straight or turn left. An arrow permitting a left turn from this lane also allows a U-turn unless other signs or signals prohibit it, so you may make a U-turn here.
