Does this traffic light indicate that there is no collision with other traffic users when turning left?
YES
NO
Why?
The circular green light on signal S-1 allows you to pass the signal, but it does not give you a protected left turn. When turning left, you must give way to oncoming vehicles going straight ahead or turning right, and to pedestrians crossing the road you are entering.
