You must not haul another vehicle with your passenger car:
aon a motorway.
bon an expressway.
cin a home zone.
Why?
An ordinary passenger car must not tow another vehicle on a motorway. Vehicles designed for towing are exempt, but only as far as the nearest exit or service area. Towing on an expressway or in a residential zone is permitted when the applicable requirements are met.
