Are you allowed in the visible situation to change to the right traffic lane in order to continue driving straight on?
YES
NO
Why?
You are in a lane marked for turning left, with a solid line and a hatched area to your right. You must not cross that line or enter the hatched area. It is now too late to change lanes to continue straight ahead; you needed to move over earlier.
