When assuming a safe distance from parked vehicles, should you take into account the possibility of one of the vehicles' doors opening?

Why?

The parked cars in the video are close to your path, and someone could suddenly open a door into the road. When passing them, leave enough clearance to account for this possibility and slow down if necessary.
