Does the visible prohibition sign forbid you from turning left at the intersection?
YES
NO
Why?
The visible B-23 No U-turn sign prohibits turning around to travel in the opposite direction. This sign does not itself prohibit a left turn at the intersection, so the correct answer is NO.
