Are you allowed to drive a vehicle if the presence of alcohol in your breath exceeds 0.1 mg/dm³?

Why?

Driving is prohibited once your breath alcohol concentration reaches 0.1 mg per dm³, so you must not drive above that level. The photograph shows alcoholic drinks, but the determining factor is the alcohol concentration in your body, not what you drank or how you feel.
