Which of these damages to the safety belts indicates an absolute need to replace the belt with a new one?

aTwisting or curling of the seat belts.
bAbrasion, tear and narrowing of the seat belts.
cPersistent dirt and stains on the belts.
Why?
Fraying, narrowing and tears weaken the belt webbing, which may then fail under the load of a collision, so the belt must be replaced. The photo shows the webbing and buckles; when inspecting them, pay particular attention to damaged fibres. A twist can be straightened out, while dirt and stains alone do not necessarily require replacement.
