Are you obliged to stop the vehicle in the presented situation?
YES
NO
Why?
The video shows a tram stopped at a stop without a passenger island, with people crossing the road between the tram and the pavement. You must stop your car so they can walk freely to or from the tram. Slowing down alone is not enough; you must wait until the passengers have finished crossing.
