What documents are you obliged to carry with you and present at the request of the competent authorities during roadside inspections?

Why?
You must carry and present the receipt for the retained vehicle registration certificate while it permits use of the vehicle. For ordinary driving in Poland in a Polish-registered car, you do not need to carry the registration certificate itself. A certificate of conformity with technical requirements is not a required document for this type of roadside check.
