Why?
You must carry the receipt for the retained temporary vehicle registration permit if you are using its authorisation to continue driving the vehicle. An EC certificate of conformity confirms that the vehicle meets type-approval requirements and does not replace this receipt. For ordinary driving in Poland in a Polish-registered car, you do not need to carry the registration certificate.
