When riding a motorbike, can you overtake a passenger car beyond this sign?

Why?

The B-25 “No overtaking” sign also applies to motorcyclists because a motorcycle is a motor vehicle. A passenger car is a multi-track motor vehicle, so you may not overtake it on a motorcycle while this restriction applies.
