When you're driving a passenger car, is it permissible to overtake a bus beyond this sign?

Why?

The B-25 “No overtaking” sign prohibits drivers of motor vehicles from overtaking multi-track motor vehicles. A bus is a multi-track motor vehicle, so you may not overtake it in a passenger car here.
